Kanji Yukata Robes

Traditionally, the Japanese wore a yukata after emerging from a steam or a bath. But in the 19th century people began to wear this light-weight garment in the streets during the summer. Today, yukata generally refers to an unlined kimono for casual wear. Our collection is designed with an all-over print of kanji script, a Japanese writing system based on Chinese characters.
